So when you have an hour on a monday, wednesday or friday between 6pm and 7pm, why not join us in a fun social hour by learning about the world of cheeses and pairing them with wine, liquor and beer. On Mondays, we have a wine tasting of a red, white and rose paired with cheese. Wednesday is reserved for bubbly wines with cheeses or sometimes beers with cheeses... and Friday's is for how to make a cocktail and pair it with cheese. These are all fun …
